Lots of things but mainly the starter pack.

First of all I bought the starter pack today. I received the credits right away and the skin. I can see the skin in menu but not in the game. This is an issue because I like the skin. Also I have tried putting the decoy skin and other skins on the shield for guard. works in menu not in game. This is depressing. Finally how tf do I get into a ranked server, I have been in a que for over 20 min one time and I didn't get in.
