Make a Solid Snake character or skin

If it’s a skin, it should be for ghost. If it’s a character, give him the FAL & Famas for primaries, and for the secondary, either Ghost’s gun or the MK23 Socom. His ability should be similar to Rainbow Six’s ability for him.
