Safehouse rework concept

I have created a full rework for safehouse, which roughly keeps the current layout, with a new basement staircase and improvements to the dirt tunnel.

General feedback for the current Safehouse
1. The basement and house play like 2 different maps. This is likely due to the fact that there isn't an easy way to get into and out of the basement.
2. The dirt tunnel is too far away to be useful. Additionally, the tunnel is quite weak on its own. These 2 issues combined mean that the tunnel is almost never used, despite being one of the only ways to break open a basement hold.
3. The split site is a cool idea, but its way too difficult to get back upstairs if you drop down. Denying plants from the hatch alone can prove difficult.
